Cardiac Physiologist careers
A Cardiac Physiologist is a specialised healthcare professional who focuses on diagnosing and treating heart-related conditions through various non-invasive and invasive procedures. Their duties include performing echocardiograms, stress tests, and electrocardiograms to assess cardiac function, as well as analysing the results to aid in the diagnosis of conditions such as arrhythmias and heart disease.
Cardiac Physiologists also work closely with cardiologists to develop treatment plans, monitor patients' progress, and provide education on lifestyle changes to improve heart health.
