Senior Systems Engineer careers

Senior Systems Engineers oversee the design, installation and configuration of networked computer systems — for clients or in-house systems. They lead ICT project teams, liaise with clients or departmental managers, and mentor the training and development of junior networking staff.

As a Senior Systems Engineer you’ll need a range of skills including coding (using a variety of programming languages), IT project management, business writing, leadership, systems analysis and testing, cloud deployment, and modelling. You may also be writing technical documentation to assist with the installation and commissioning of new ICT systems.
