Tender Writer careers

Tender Writers are business professionals who specialise in writing grant and tender applications — either in-house or for clients. They research available tender opportunities, gather key documents and information, write up the tender application, and then submit before the due date. Tender Writers often develop and write supporting business documents and may also write applications for grants and government funding.

As a Tender Writer you could be checking the AusTender website for the latest tender and procurement opportunities, meeting with the general manager to finalise the list of relevant tenders to be pursued, reading the tender addenda and application information, writing detailed responses for each of the selection criteria, submitting the tender via an online portal, presenting a status report to senior management.
