The Diploma of Information Technology provides the skills and knowledge for students desiring a career administering and managing information and communications technology (ICT) support in small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) using a wide range of technologies. Students graduating from the course can expect to work providing a broader rather than specialised ICT support function and applying a wide range of higher level technical skills such as networking, IT support, database development, programming and web development.
