Childcare Centre Manager careers
A Childcare Centre Manager oversees the daily running of childcare facilities such as long day care centres, occasional care facilities or a childcare centre attached to another business. You’ll take care of rostering and budgeting and make sure the centre is adhering to all relevant standards and legislation. Depending on the needs of the centre, you might also spend part of your day caring for the children attending the facility.
A Childcare Centre Manager needs to be organised and be able to solve problems as they arise. You should be able to communicate well with staff and children and also be able to liaise with parents. You’ll need to have good time management and be able to manage several tasks at once.
