Demolition Worker careers
A Demolition Worker demolishes and clears buildings, houses and other structures. You’ll operate specialised demolition machinery and also dismantle structures by hand. Demolition Workers prepare work sites before demolition begins and also remove debris after work is complete. You may sort material for salvage and recycling.
Demolition Workers must be physically fit and able to keep up with the manual labour involved in this role. It’s important you can work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Demolition Workers should have a strong focus on safety and be able to follow correct procedures during their work.
