Gasfitter careers
A Gasfitter installs and maintains gas services including mains and pipe systems. You might connect new services or perform repairs on existing systems. Gasfitters may also repair and service gas appliances when required. Gasfitters may work in a commercial or industrial environment or provide services to residential homes.
Gasfitters should be safety-focused and able to provide good customer service. You’ll need to have good technical skills and be able to call on your problem solving abilities when needed. Gasfitters should have excellent attention to detail and you may need to adapt your skills to suit a range of situations. You should be a good communicator and be able to work well in a team.
