Mechanical Technician careers
A Mechanical Technician performs a range of duties in a mechanical workshop. You might carry out tests on automotive vehicles and identify the cause of problem issues. Mechanical Technicians make necessary mechanical adjustments, perform repairs or replace parts. You might also carry out servicing or maintenance on a range of vehicles.
Mechanical Technicians should have a strong knowledge of mechanical systems and be good at problem solving. You’ll need excellent observational skills and should have strong attention to detail. Mechanical Technicians must have good analytical abilities and be able to work as part of a larger mechanical team.
