Poultry Farm Workers may have to collect eggs or monitor eggs while they are in an incubator. You’ll ensure cages and hatcheries are clean and you might be tasked with getting poultry or eggs ready for transport.
A Poultry Farm Worker has to perform various physical tasks so it’s important you are up to the demands of the job. You’ll need to be comfortable working with animals and you may also have to operate a range of farm machinery. Your job may involve long hours and you might be required to work outdoors in all sorts of weather conditions.
