Solar Installer careers
A Solar Installer installs solar panels on residential, commercial and industrial buildings. You’ll usually install solar systems on roofs, but you may also install them on other structures when required. Solar Installers may assemble new solar system parts or perform maintenance on existing systems. You’ll make sure all safety and compliance issues are adhered to.
Solar Installers should have good technical skills and be comfortable working at heights. You’ll spend large amounts of time outdoors and may work as part of an installation team. Solar Installers should be safety focused and be able to communicate well with clients. It’s important you can follow correct procedures during your work.
