Trainer and Assessor careers
A Trainer and Assessor develops and delivers training programs for workplaces and registered training organisations. You’ll identify training needs and liaise with industry stakeholders to determine the skills and competencies to address with a training package. Trainer and Assessors might prepare learning materials and provide training to individuals or groups of learners.
Trainer and Assessors need to have strong personal skills and should be able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds. You’ll need to be organised and be able to manage your time well. Trainer and Assessors should be comfortable speaking in front of groups of people and must be able to adapt to the individual learning styles of their students.
