The Dual Certificate III in Dental Assisting & Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Dental Radiography) is for students seeking careers as Dental Assistants, Treatment Coordinators, Dental Hygiene Assistants, Dental Sterilisation Nurses, Dental Receptionists or Dental Radiographers. Students will learn how to implement and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures, produce a prescribed dental radiographic image as well as apply the principles of radiation biology and protection in dental practice.
