A RII50420 Diploma of Civil Construction Management is a management level qualification and students who complete this study stream actually graduate with two diplomas: Diploma of Civil Construction Management; PLUS Diploma of Project Management; OR Diploma of Frontline Management. The qualification focuses on the skills managers need to address environmental, safety, and quality issues as well as the practical skills to make cost estimates and produce a rates schedule. The RII50420 Diploma of Civil Construction Management is a nationally recognised training qualification and part of the official Resources and Infrastructure Industry Training Package.
