Enrolled Nurse careers
An Enrolled Nurse provides care to patients in a range of settings such as hospitals, healthcare facilities and residential care environments. You might monitor patients’ vital signs and follow the care outlined in their treatment plan. Enrolled Nurses may administer medication or change wound dressings. You might also help with bathing, dressing and feeding patients if required.
Enrolled Nurses should have strong teamwork skills and be able to liaise with patients from a range of backgrounds. It’s important that you can communicate well with patients, families and medical teams. Enrolled Nurses must be able to follow correct procedures and prioritise their tasks.
