Fire Warden careers
A Fire Warden responds to emergency situations in a workplace. You will undertake necessary training and make preparations such as emergency evacuation plans. Fire Wardens may conduct fire drills and evaluate staff responses. You will also respond to actual fires or other emergencies by assisting with evacuations and communicating with emergency services.
Fire Wardens should be safety focused and able to remain calm during challenging situations. You’ll need to have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate clearly with large groups of people. Fire Wardens require excellent situational awareness and must be able to follow correct procedures during emergencies.
