You might attend to visitor needs such as laundry or room service and you might handle any complaints or difficulties that arise.
Front Office Supervisors should be skilled at customer service and able to communicate well with guests from a range of backgrounds. It’s important that you can display leadership skills and motivate your team. Front Office Supervisors should be flexible and able to handle several tasks at one time. Depending on your workplace you may have to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.
