Hospital Orderly careers
A Hospital Orderly assists with patient care and general tasks in a healthcare environment. You might help patients with showering or dressing or move them to other areas of the hospital when required. Hospital Orderlies also move equipment or items between departments. You might also perform manual tasks such as lifting or moving patients.
Hospital Orderlies should have excellent people skills and be able to communicate well with people from a range of backgrounds. You’ll need to be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions closely. It’s important that you can work to correct procedures and prioritise your daily tasks.
