Web Developer careers
Web Developers create and maintain complex websites using web programming languages and a range of software and database technologies. Their focus is on system architecture, stability, speed, security— and should not be confused with web designers (who focus on aesthetics and visual presentation).
As a Web Developer you’ll need to be fluent in a number of web programming languages — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Python — and also be able to work to a project brief. Liaising with clients, web designers, and ICT project teams will also be part of your job.
