Change Manager careers
Change Managers oversee major changes in organisational procedure and technologies. They are often engaged when a regional office is acquired by a new company, or daily operations are transitioned to head office.
As a Change Manager you could be assessing and reviewing operating procedures, meeting with regional managers to discuss impending changes, helping staff transition to new processes and job tasks, mitigating risk and hazards.
