A Gaming Attendant works at a casino or in the gaming section of a hotel or club. You might work at a particular game or gaming area or you might provide general assistance with chip and cash transactions. Gaming Attendants ensure gaming rules are being followed and correct procedures are in place. You might assist guests with their needs or perform other duties such as cleaning.
Gaming Attendants should be organised and able to manage several tasks at one time. You’ll need to have strong observational skills and good attention to detail. It’s important that you have excellent interpersonal skills and are good at customer service. Gaming Attendants may have to work irregular hours including nights and weekends.
