A Business Analyst examines systems and processes within an organisation and comes up with solutions to improve business performance. You might analyse customer data, financial information and other business performance indicators. Business Analysts may recommend new information technology systems or suggest other ways to improve efficiency.
Business Analysts must have excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities. It’s important you can communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders and work well as part of a team. Business Analysts should be organised and able to work with several clients at one time. You’ll need high level analytical skills in this role.
