A Dental Receptionist performs a range of tasks in the front office of a dental surgery or practice. You might answer phone calls, greet patients as they arrive and take care of patient paperwork. A Dental Receptionist, or Dental Office Manager, might process customer payments and schedule future appointments. You might answer patient queries and liaise with dentists and other staff.
Dental Receptionists should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds. It’s important that you are organised and can manage your time well. Dental Receptionists should be able to prioritise their tasks and display strong customer service skills. You’ll need to be capable of a range of administrative tasks.
