Practice Manager careers
A Practice Manager oversees the daily running of a medical practice. You might work for a general practitioner or be employed by a specialist healthcare provider. Practice Managers ensure office systems are running effectively and arrange necessary training for staff. You might liaise with patients and medical staff and deal with any issues or concerns.
Practice Managers need excellent organisational skills and should be able to handle several tasks at once. You’ll need to be a good leader and have strong communication skills. It’s important that you value customer service and can work as part of a team. Practice Managers may have to call on their problem solving skills when needed.
